Olga plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between groundbreaking academic research and practical implementation. She specialises in structuring and negotiating collaboration agreements, patent licensing, and intellectual property strategies for commercialization of research results.
Prior to joining PACTT, Olga gained experience working for several law firms and advising multinational corporations and start-ups across Europe, United States and Mexico. Her expertise spans international commercial transactions, intellectual property law, technology transfer and regulatory compliance.
Olga is attorney-at-law admitted to the New York State Bar and earned her Master of Laws in Business and Finance Law from George Washington University Law School. She also holds advanced degrees from Université Panthéon-Assas and Samara State University.
She is a member of ASTP Legal SIG Core Group.
