Knowledge transfer offices are uniquely positioned to play a pivotal role in augmenting change in order to make the innovation ecosystem more inclusive and equitable. But as a knowledge transfer office, what can you do concretely to incorporate equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) into your everyday work? The ASTP EDI toolkit aims to answer that question, and more!
At this year's ASTP annual conference, the team behind the toolkit - Anji Miller, Nessim Kichik and Danielle Counotte - presented in the Knowledge Stock Exchange session. Danielle announced the upcoming launch of the toolkit, and called for volunteers to get involved. If you are interested to be part of a user group for the toolkit, or if you have an example to share when it comes to incorporating EDI principles in your work, please don't hesitate to get in touch with the EDI SIG members: edisig@astp4kt.eu
