In the context of EU competition policy, the European Commission launched a consultation to gather evidence on the functioning of the Technology Transfer Block Exemption Regulation (TT-BER) and the Technology Transfer Guidelines.
Until 24th July it is possible to fill in a survey which will help the EC evaluate the effectiveness, efficiently, relevance, coherence and EU added value of the above mentioned laws. ASTP members who have experience in the application of TT-BER are encouraged to share their views and participate to the consultation.
