Leading a Knowledge Transfer Office is challenging. There are lots of critical strategic and operational choices to be made that make the difference between success and failure. It's hard to get it right and you can expect that it is only going to be more difficult in the years ahead.
In this interactive webinar, we'll discuss the Top 10 Mistakes KT Directors make with Tom Flanagan, an experienced KT Director, so you can avoid or mitigate them. Tom set up the first ever KT office in one university, developed it to serve a consortium of nearby institutes and transformed a larger established KT office to double its performance metrics. He has also evaluated and mentored a number of KT Directors across Europe to enhance their performance. Looking forward to an AI world, he sees even bigger challenges ahead for KT Directors.
