ASTP supports everyone’s right to be treated with dignity and respect and is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming and transparent environment across all of its operations, services, volunteer-led functions, and activities.

ASTP will advocate for good practices in equity, diversity inclusion, equality, and accessibility, and will use its position to promote these principles to its members and the KE/KT community.

ASTP aims to achieve a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive KE/KT community through promotion of EDI awareness and best practice by convening forums for wider discussion and educational opportunities, sharing tools and resources, and encouraging activities with KE/KT stakeholders and partner organisations.

Left a little piece of my heart in Latvia this past week at the ASTP course for Creating Successful Spin-outs in Riga. I'm grateful to the wonderful ASTP staff for a fantastic programme.

I value these programmes for the knowledge transferred and especially for the connections made. The training days are long and intense, but as they say in Italian, vale la pena. We emerge with a better understanding and appreciation for the work we do, which in turn helps us to be more active, engaged, and generous within our respective ecosystems.
